By accessing or using LandlordLive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LandlordLive provides a self-serve remote property inspection platform that enables landlords to request inspections and tenants to submit video and photo documentation of rental properties. The Service generates inspection reports based on tenant submissions.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Inspection Process

Landlords may request property inspections by providing tenant contact information. Tenants receive secure access links to submit inspection materials. The Service facilitates the collection and organization of inspection data but does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of tenant submissions.

5. Content and Media

Users retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content they upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant LandlordLive a limited license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit.

6. Data Retention

Free inspection reports are accessible for 30 days from completion. After this period, the data may be deleted. Paid subscription users have access to extended storage as described in their plan. Users are responsible for downloading and saving any reports or media they wish to retain.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than property inspections

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LandlordLive does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any inspection reports or user-submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandlordLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LandlordLive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Modifications to Terms

LandlordLive reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
